Devon's three West of England tourists to the West Indies this Easter Matthew Cooke, James Fraser and Justin Yau represented the West of England in the ECB National Bunbury Under 15 Festival at Shrewsbury School from Sunday 20th July until the 25th July. The Festival was won by the Midlands and did not experience good weather.All three are all rounder's - Cooke (Sidmouth) an aggressive left handed middle order batsman who bowls off spin, Fraser (Sandford) is a left arm quick bowler and a versatile left hand batsman who can open and bat middle order has been selected for the England Under 15 side who are playing Scotland and Ireland Under 17s over a period of two weeks in early August. Yau (Torquay) is a most competent keeper and can also tailor his batting to the circumstances of the game.
