Murrin leads Over-50s' run chase
MARK Heather hit 58 and there were runs up and down the order too as Devon 050s triumphed over Dorset by three wickets at Exmouth.

Dorset made 208 for six in their 45 overs thanks to a brace of 43s from opener Stuart Hand and Jeff Stratton, plus 39 at the end from Vince Dawkins.

Devon's stand-out bowler with three for 36 - was Kingskerswell's Paul Harding.

Graham Wilson and Mark Goodman were miserly, bowling 18 overs between them for 41 runs combined.

Budleigh colleagues Rob Newing (24) and Neil Murrin (43) got Devon moving, then there was a brief delay before Heather got going.

Richard Tidball (25) and Paul Nott (26) chipped in as Devon knocked off the runs with seven balls to spare.

Devon return to the fray on June 12 when they meet Somerset at Kilmington.
