Ottery St Mary II were able to celebrate promotion after they beat visiting Plymouth Civil Service and Roborough by 78 runs.
Steve Forbes hit an unbeaten 53 and Gavin Iley chipped in with 31 as the Otters made 170-9.
Ben Pitman took 3-21 for the visitors and then top scored with an unbeaten 47 in the reply.
Joe Birch (3-23) and Zac Johns (2-20), combined to bowl the visitors out for just 92.
Ipplepen were denied in their bid to overhaul Ottery II the race for the title by a stubborn Clyst St George II who closed on 211-6 in reply to the Ipplepen offering of 243-9.
Tom Cooper (58) top scored for the visitors as Oz Besley (2-34) and Paul Richardson (2-48) claimed wickets for the Bohea Field side.
Richardson then completed a fine, all-round effort with an unbeaten 76 and Sean Middleton repeated the score of 49 he hit when the sides met in their first meeting earlier in the season as Clyst closed on 211-6. S Harris claimed 3-30 for Ivybridge.
Chris Greenhouse (43) top scored for Ivybridge II in a total of 182-5 at home to Clyst Hydon II.
Will Moore took 3-33 for the mid Devon side who then completed a single wicket win on 183-9 with Matt Harris the hero at the end with an unbeaten 12.
Ricky Martin had earlier hit 52 and Matthew Fitt chipped in with 26. Saxton took 4-44 for the Bridgers.
Matt Pyle (65) and skipper Peter Kay (39) were the main run scorers for Axminster II in their 173-9 at Barnstaple and Pilton II.
Sean Cole took 4-0546 for Barum who won on 174-4 thanks to an unbeaten 57 from James Roe and knocks of 39 from Matthew Clarke and 23 from Danny Donovan. Tom Maxwell bagged a brace for Axminster.
Phil Bees had a superb all-round day for Cornwood III. First he scored an unbeaten 110, dominating his side’s 176-3 in which Richard Cavendish hit 31.
Thors’ Mike Denford took 2-38 and then the mid-Devon side replied with 152-7 with Marc Shaw top scoring with 31. That man Bees was the dominant force with the ball too – taking 4-37.
