BOVEY Tracey ring the changes for the visit of Plymouth.
In come all-rounder Charlie Sheen, batter Ben Ayres and keeper Lewis Hammett.
Back in the seconds are Dan Green and young keeper Sam Taylor. Missing is spinner Sam Hickebottom, who has been a handy wicket-taker this season.
Skipper Peter Bradley says the team is something close to full strength for a game which will be a test despite Plymouth’s lowly placing.
“Plymouth look like they have got stronger from the start of the season with Toms and Ramsden scoring runs,” said Bradley.
“Dave Burke coming back in always makes them competitive and difficult opposition.
“We will look to keep on improving. Execution of plans and skills is where we can do that.
“I hope it will be a good game on an improving Bovey wicket.”
Plymouth, having won their last two games, want to keep the momentum going against Bovey.
“We are hoping to make it three in a row,” said skipper Sam Stein.
“We had a hard-fought game last weekend against Exeter, in which we did well to finish on top.
“Our batsmen are showing application, which is very pleasing to see.
“I am certain our bowling which will back on track this weekend.”
Jon Kerridge and James Walsh are unavailable. Steve Luffman and Dan Goodey come in.
Joe Hagan Burt needs to return to form so he is in the 2nd XI.
John Varcoe has come up after scoring runs in the 2nd XI.
