YARCOMBE & Stockland were beaten by seven wickets at Babbacombe.
Steve Durrant top scored with 48 and Ben Reed chipped in with 38 in a Yarcombe total of 143-9.
That was not enough to stop the home side who lead the E Division with a 100 per cent record this term.
The South Devon side lost just three wickets in a successful run chase.
Yarcombe and Stockland have now lost three of their first four this term and entertain Bridestowe on Saturday.
Kilmington claimed their first win of the season with a five wicket win in the East Devon derby at Upottery.
Skipper Hal Cook took 4-27 and Izzy Wickramaratne claimed 3-36 as Upottery were bowled out for 173. Mike Arscott top scored with 33.
Dave Cook then top scored with 56 to lead Kilmington to victory at 177-5. . Adam Crabb then picked up three of the five Kilmington wickets to be taken
Upottery skipper Matt Frost said: “We were thirty runs shy of a match wining total and so it proved for they only had four overs left when they got the win. It’s disappointing to lose again and we really do need to start winning games. Availability has hit us badly. It’s a fact that the one time we have fielded our strongest eleven this season, against Yarcombe, we won!”
It was a similar tale of woe for Upottery II when they met Kilmington II as they went
Chardstock landed their first win of the season and eased their way off bottom spot in the F Division with a three wicket triumph at Lifton.
It was two eighth wicket partnerships that were the highlight of this contest. The home side were in trouble until their eighth wicket pairing got them close to maximum batting points and an eventual close of 203.
Josh Short picked up four wickets for 47 runs for Chardstock who were the grateful to their eighth wicket paring of Tom Strawbridge (33no) and Nathan Copp (45no) to lead them to glory. Gavin Churchill, had earlier underpinned the reply with an outstanding knock of 66.
Skipper Robert Hutchings said: “It’s good to get that first win. Gavin (Churchill) batted superbly. Availability is getting much better now. It’s a fact that a wining team always seems to get more people making themselves available!”
Next up for Hutchings and his side is a visit from Cheriton Fitzpaine. The skipper says: “We beat them last year and I’d like to think we can repeat that this season.”
