Lord’s Taverners Sports Kit Recycling Scheme

ENGLAND WOMEN’S CRICKET STARS LAUNCH
LORD’S TAVERNERS SPORTS KIT RECYCLING SCHEME

The Lord’s Taverners launched its sports kit recycling scheme this week, providing thousands of young people across the world with recycled sports kit. As a result of clubs and players like yourselves donating specialist equipment and sports clothing young people are give the opportunity to partake in sport, thus removing one of the key barriers to sports participation.

The England stars helped to kick off the sports kit recycling programme which, from the 14th – 30th September, is encouraging individuals, clubs and schools to donate sports kit into red collection bins at county cricket grounds and sports shops across the UK. Whether it be old kit others would value or kit that simply isn't used enough - Any donations are appreciated!

The Lord’s Taverners have partnered with several other charities to ensure the kit reaches the desired places, and have already delivered to the following countries: India, Ghana, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Kenya, Romania and the UK.
