Girls, Girls, Girls
With the popularity of girls cricket continually improving we are pleased to be able to offer an additional age group to this summer's Lady Taverner's competitions. An Under 11 competition has been added with the county winnner progressing to regional finals. This is a great way to be able to offer an opportunity for your girls to play a number of matches rather than just receive coaching sessions!
If you have girls at your club please, please do everything you can to enter a team into these competitions. All competitions are 8-a-side:
- Under 11s softball @ Topsham St James 10:00am Sunday27th May (Download Rules)
- Under 13s hardball @ Bovey Tracey 10:00am Sunday 24th June (Download Rules)
- Under 15s hardball @ West Buckland School 10:00am Sunday 15th July (Download Rules)
The number of entries will determine the format of each competition.
With only 2 weeks until the under 11 competition, please get your entries in as soon as possible.
Those clubs who wish to enter a team in any of the above competitions should e-mail Scott Chappell on scott.chappell@devoncricket.co.uk. Scott will then liaise with you about the logistics of the day.
