SIDMOUTH go into today's Ivor Dewdney's Devon Twenty20 finals day at Exmouth with three of their key men missing.
Sidmouth's morning semi-final is against Plymouth (10.30am) with the second semi between Heathcoat and Bovey going off at 1.15pm.
Nick Gingell, Matt Cooke and Liam Lewis - who all scored heavily in the midweek demolition job on Tavistock to secure qualification - are all unavailable.
Gingell bludgeoned 69 off just 26 balls, and Cooke made 34 off 22 as Sidmouth raced to 97 for one.
Lewis - 55 not out off 36 balls - and Anthony Griffiths with 57 off 33 - put on 119 unbroken for Sidmouth's third wicket in a total of 138 for two.
Tavvy were 104 for nine when their overs ran out.
Gingell is playing county golf, Cooke has to work and Lewis has a shop to run, although he may make it to the Maer for the final if Sidmouth qualify.
'Sam Anderson and Josh Bess both missed the midweek game against Tavistock, so we have a couple of handy replacements,' said Sidmouth skipper Will Murray.
'We have a pretty solid mix of batting and bowling, but Plymouth have some good bater for this sort of cricket in Toms, Stephenson, Bryant and Barr so we will have to hit the straps early.'
Plymouth welcome back skipper Callum Whittaker, who dropped himself for the last two league games on form grounds.
Whittaker would have preferred to avoid Sidmouth in the semi, but thinks Plymouth have the firepower to trouble them.
'These games are all about building moment and our power hitters can help us do that,' said Whittaker.
Bovey Tracey are looking to get past the semi-final stage for the first time, although they are without their Twenty20 specialist Charlie Carter.
'We get this far then seem to mess up,' said skipper Peter Bradley. 'We want to win, but perhaps we treat it as a bit of fun and not as seriously as we should.'
Carter blazed 51 off 24 balls with five sixes and three fours as Bovey wiped out 99 to win against Braunton with nearly seven overs to spare.
'Aren de Young comes into the side and he is another player who excels at the shortest form of the game,' said Bradley.
Heathcoat saw off Bradninch by 106 runs on Thursday evening in the Mid-Devon qualifier.
Heathcoat hoofed along to 195 for six, led there by the Smith brothers who both scored 60.
Bradninch were 42 for three at half way and 81 for nine when their overs ran out - Tim Piper and Gary Newall both scoring 19.
Heathcoat skipper Chris Small is realistic about his side's chances against the Premier Division leaders.
'Bradninch were under strength, but we still had a good win over them,' said Small.
'We batted, bowled and fielded superbly and if we can produce a game similar to that again we can really push Bovey Tracey and come out with a win.'
