Craig Overton stars in England U19 win
MONDAY, APRIL 9DEVON’S Craig Overton led England U19s to victory against India in the third game of the Quadrangular Series in Australia.
Having already defeated Australia and New Zealand, England beat India by four wickets with four balls to spare in Townsville to top the group.
India were 268 for nine after 50 overs. Craig and twin Jamie both bowled for England but finished wicketless.
Craig then hit an unbeaten 68 to clinch victory.
England have four days off before the semi-final stage of the competition starts on Friday.
