Leaders Exeter III banked their sixth straight success of the season with a five wicket home win over Upottery II. J Singh claimed 4-8 as the East Devon side were bowled out for 100. Sinth Thereraj (43no) and Drew Smith (18no) then saw the table toppers to a comfortable victory.
They played all but five overs in the Kentisbeare innings against visiting Countess Wear II. The Kent’s were 157-5 with Gary Farley still at the wicket unbeaten on 75 when the rains took charge.
Just half a dozen overs were played at Uplyme & Lyme Regis II where the home side were 12without loss against Axminster II.
There was no play at Exmouth III or North Devon III.
