Ireland up next for Devon Women
Devon host Ireland this coming Sunday at Heathcoat looking to consolidate their push for a top two promotion finish. Having lost to local rivals Somerset in the last round of fixtures, having beaten Wales at Sidmouth, they will be keen to keep on track having won three of their four opening games. Manager Warren Carr has been busy in securing the services of Tasmanian Roar top order bat Corinne Hall as a replacement for Kiwi Hannah Linton who has had to return home. Whilst Linton is back home, Hall will fill in for the fixture with Ireland and the next roundof T20 fixtures with Worcestershire and Northamptonshire. Hall has been deputising for Aussie skipper Alex Blackwell and will re-join Berkshire after her brief spell with Devon once Blackwell joins up with the touring Australian side.

Devon go into the fixture brimming with confidence after two convincing wins in their openig T20 fixtures. Beating Buckinghamshire by 141 runs having posted 212, skipper Jodie Dibble (Pictured) smashing an unbeaten 104 from just 69 balls and then beating Cornwall by 10 wickets having to chase just 65 to win. Match gets underway at 1000 and spectators are very welcome.
