BRIAN Chilcott (36) and Andy Crossman (33no) led Halberton and Sampford Peverell II to an eight wicket win at Topsham St James II.
Dave Vranch top scored with 21 in a Saints total of 103 as Andy Salter, Josh Callaway and Dan Coles each bagged a brace of wickets.
Just two wickets were lost by the Mid Devon men on their way to a comfortable success.
Matt Milward hit 34 in a Thorverton III total of 143. David Lavender (4-51) and Maurice Bevis (3-27) combined for Kilmington II who were then led to a five-wicket win by Roland Stonex (43) and Matt Rockett (36).
That victory sends Kilmington II up alongside champions Seaton II and then pair will meet again next season in the D Division East.
Tim Courtney was dismissed on 99 as Exeter Civil Service II closed their season with a score of 230-5 at Cullompton II.
Blair McRobbie was the next best for the Civil Servants with 26 whilst 13-year-old George Hawkins claimed 2-10 for a youthful Cully side.
Only Lewis Marks with 21 made much impression in the home reply as the final wicket fell on 50! Adam Harding claimed 5-23 for the Exeter side.
