EXMOUTH have decided to go without an overseas player this summer after Aussie fast bowler Anthony Radunovich pulled out.
Radunovich was due to return to the defending Premier Division champions for a second spell having been at the Maer in 2011.
Skipper Richard Baggs learned earlier this week Radunovich was staying at home and decided not to look for a replacement.
“Anthony has been offered a job at home and if he doesn’t accept it will go to someone else,” said Baggs.
“It is something he feels he can’t turn down so, regrettably, he won’t be with us this summer.
“That then posed the question do we look for another player or not?
“We decided not to as by now all the best players have been fixed up.
“I am happy with the squad we have and we will go with what we have got.”
