The Devon Association of Cricket Umpires, in partnership with the Devon Cricket League, are pleased to be able to extend an invitation to all club umpires to attend a free workshop on Tuesday, April 28. The event will be held at the Exeter Court Hotel, commencing at 7.00 pm
